Mark A. Goodman - President

Mark A. Goodman

In a three-decade career, Mark Goodman has seen and seized opportunities others have overlooked.

Before launching his firm, Goodman honed his craft with regional land developer and brokerage Kenroy, Inc. and I.C. Industries subsidiary Seay & Thomas, Inc. Active in national and international industry forums, he belongs to the Urban Land Institute and its Mixed-use Urban Development Council, International Real Estate Institute, Chicago Realtors Board, Japan Society and Netherlands Chamber of Commerce, as well as civic and charitable organizations.

Goodman earned a business degree from Miami University of Ohio and completed graduate coursework in finance at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Troy D. Imke - Vice President

Troy Imke

Troy Imke brings more than 20 years experience to financial and management oversight for MGA and its portfolio.

Previously, as a vice president of RBG Financial, Inc., he managed a portfolio of more than 30 residential developments and, with Banyan Management Corp., enhanced the value of a 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio spanning seven states. He began his career at Lincoln Property Co., where he oversaw a regional portfolio of multifamily properties.

Imke holds a bachelor of business administration in finance from the University of Oklahoma and pursued advanced studies in environmental site assessment at the Georgia Institute of Technology.


Robert J. Goodman - Vice President

Robert J. Goodman

Robert Goodman draws upon a background in financial market analysis as he structures and negotiates complex real estate transactions and tenant representation assignments. He also combines his real time market knowledge and financial expertise to create detailed assumption models for company owned and prospective assets.

Since 2003, he has completed more than 500,000 square feet of local, national, and international lease transactions and asset dispositions on behalf of clients totaling over $100 million in consideration. As a member of Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler’s downtown Chicago corporate advisory group from 2002-2005, he negotiated transactions for public and private institutions, and worked closely with architects, contractors, and client to coordinate tenant construction projects.

Goodman, a University of Colorado graduate, is a licensed real estate salesperson. He has also completed graduate coursework in Real Estate Finance and Investment within the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
